Andi Peters was reduced to tears on Monday's Lorraine as he was reunited with his Live & Kicking co-star and friend Emma Forbes.
It was the 50-year-old ITV presenter's first show hosting the show while Lorraine Kelly is on an extended summer break.
At the start of the show, Andi was joined by entertainment reporter Ria Hebden as he kicked off his two weeks on the famous Lorraine sofas.
Ria gushed: "I just have to say, I am star struck sitting here opposite you, a legend, I grew up watching you on Live And Kicking. Shall we look back at some of those great moments?"
After showing some throwback clips of the iconic show, Andi's friend Emma suddenly appeared via video call from her home in Long Island, US.
Peters became teary-eyed as Emma said: "It's so great Andi because quite frankly you are television gold. I can honestly tell you (Live & Kicking) were the best days of my life.
"Andi has been my rock, my friend through everything, we did so many fun things together.
"Do you remember New Kids On The Block, who can forget the band who never spoke?"
She continued: "I remember we had to open a ride in Thorpe Park and he's much more adventurous than me. I couldn't open my eyes and he held my hand the whole time."
Andi reminisced with Emma, as he added: "We had Cher on for a whole morning, no entourage, just us! And Sir Richard Branson. This was a kids show, we had huge high moments and low moments."

The TV star fought back tears, as he said: "Sorry I've just got over the shock of seeing Emma, it's just so nice to see you."
