BBC Breakfast's Jon Kay mocked a 'late' show worker after they sprinted across the screen during a chaotic intro.
Today's show saw Jon, 53, and Sally, 52, back in the Salford studio presenting the latest news and topics.
The show recently moved to a brand new studio, allowing different camera angles, and a co-worker got caught out by one early this morning.
As a wide shot showed Jon and Sally sitting on the BBC Breakfast sofa – which is in the middle of the newsroom – a BBC staff member could be seen running across the floor on the level above them.
Their sprint didn't go unnoticed as both presenters laughed and Jon joked: "Did you see that? Someone is obviously late for work this morning!"
An equally amused Sally added: "Someone is hopefully bringing us a cup of tea Jon I think that's what that is."

Jon then shared the moment on his X – formerly Twitter – account, adding: "When you’re late for work and the UK is watching…."
BBC Breakfast fans were equally amused, with one replying: "When you send the whole document and not just the page to the printer."
Another added: "Or the effects of your first mug of coffee suddenly starts kicking in.."
A third tweeted: "One of the runners in a hurry to get your mug of tea."

Meanwhile other viewers were distracted by Sally's outfit.
The journalist wore a navy biker jacket and tight black trousers, prompting one fan to tweet: "Obsessed with @sallynugent’s jacket this morning @BBCBreakfast."
Another added: "You're totally amazing and beautiful sally xxxx."
A third wrote: "Looking sharp today Sally, please let me know where your fab jacket is from?"
