Jowita Przystał has been bigging up her Strictly Come Dancing partner Danny Cipriani after filming the Christmas special.
In next week's festive ballroom extravaganza, the pair will face Keisha Buchanan and Gorka Márquez, Tillie Amartey and Neil Jones, Dan Snow and Nadiya Bychkova, Jamie Borthwick and Nancy Xu, and Sally Nugent and Graziano Di Prima, as they each attempt to impress the panel of judges.
The 29 year old Polish pro revealed: "He can teach me to dance, he's got the moves. Danny understands my crazy," with the rugby player pointing out: "Maybe not the Cha Cha Cha, she can teach me that!"
The sportsman, 36, went on to describe stepping into Jowita's world as a "blessing".
"For her to teach me some special moves, but also the humility and the grace that she works under, it's the essence of who she is. While being an absolute genius at what she does, it's so nice to be around. She's world class, but so humble."
Inevitably, Danny's famous 'Dougie' dance move from the rugby pitch cropped up in conversation.
"What people know me for is the Dougie, because when I was 22, I scored a try and did the Dougie afterwards. Now I do the Dougie everywhere I go because I like it and add bits to it. It's a good one to put smiles on faces!"
Let's hope he gets a chance to bust one out next week in the BBC ballroom.
Danny, who split from his wife-of-four-years Victoria Rose just last month, also explained why he feels "absolutely privileged" to be taking part in this year's Christmas Strictly.
"I feel absolutely privileged that I get the opportunity to learn a dance with professional dancers who are experts in their role, and I get coached by them, to get to a level where I feel happy enough to go out and perform it to an audience," he said.
"It's been an amazing experience. It was something that I definitely wouldn’t have done years ago. But I was with my friend and they said, 'You have to do it, you love to dance'. I felt it in my chest that it was the right thing to do, so I committed to that and felt like I wanted to do it, so I said yes."
When his involvement was first announced, Danny admitted he'd "always enjoyed the concept" of Strictly, but it wasn't something he ever envisioned himself actually doing.
"After addressing my own ideas and beliefs, I am very much looking forward to expressing myself through dance with no limitations. Strictly brings joy to everyone's living rooms, being a part of that for Christmas Day will be special," he commented.
Meanwhile, in the flagship show, last weekend's grand final saw Coronation Street actress Ellie Leach and Vito Coppola claim the Glitterball trophy, with Bobby Brazier and Dianne Buswell, and Layton Williams and Nikita Kuzmin forced to go home empty-handed.
Strictly Come Dancing Christmas special airs Christmas Day on BBC One at 4.40pm.
