Blac Chyna claims ‘depressed’ ex Rob Kardashian ‘felt like killing himself’ and ‘afraid to leave the house’ – The Sun

BLAC Chyna's custody battle with Rob Kardashian has escalated after she claimed he "felt like killing himself".

In court documents, Chyna, 31, claimed Rob told her he was "depressed" and had "trouble leaving the house".

Rob, 32, filed an emergency petition for primary custody of their daughter, Dream, 3, in January.

But his ex-fiancee asked the court to do a mental health assessment on him which could delay the couple's court hearing.

In an affidavit, Chyna wrote that Rob "tells me all of that time that he is depressed, and has on occasion mentioned that he felt like killing himself."

“All of the places he says Dream goes during his custodial time, Dream is going there with a nanny or family member because respondent is too afraid to leave the house,” she said in court documents seen by Us Weekly.

The model and Lashed Cosmetics founder also claimed she has not seen Rob more than “four times in person since the paternity judgement” in October 2017.

The Keeping Up With Kardashians star clapped back with his own affidavit denying all of Chyna's allegations.

“I deny that I have an issue with depression or leaving the house,” he said.

“My family and I are public figures. There was a time when any paparazzi photo of me immediately led to very incessant negative remarks about my appearance. So yes, for a period of time, I did not want to subject myself to that; I am not sure why anyone would.”

Rob also accused Chyna of a "smear campaign" to discredit his case for custody and denied her accusation that he drank excessively or took illegal drugs.

After his emergency petition for custody was rejected in January, he then filed a request with the court to force Chyna to undergo compulsory drug testing before her visitations with Dream.

The sock mogul said she spends $600 on alcohol almost daily – including downing an entire bottle of Hennessy – and accused her of snorting cocaine all while their toddler is present.

The model’s alarming behavior turned dangerous inside her home where she has allegedly chased people around with knives, thrown lit candles around the house and even hurled other sharp objects at her own hairdresser.

In addition to being a physical threat, Rob says his daughter’s personal hygiene has taken a turn for the worse and she has arrived to him with tangled hair, dirty nails and teeth that have not been brushed.

Her lawyer Lynne Ciani said:  “Chyna will vigorously contest this latest despicable attempt to take away her daughter in a court of law, where she will keep prevailing against her ex-fiancé Rob and the other malicious and vindictive members of his family.”

Chyna's claims come days after she celebrated the court rejection of Rob's petition with a video of her dancing on Instagram.

The Blac Chyna Show star is seen dancing with Dream and her seven-year-old son King, from her relationship with rapper, Tyga.

Dream is seen twerking in the video, a direct response to Rob's complaint that she had learnt "naked twerking, and acting out sexual positions that she said her mom taught her.”

Rob's family is also backing him up in court action against his baby mama.

Big sister Khloe Kardashian told the court Dream was “decidedly more aggressive” and “more in defense mode”  after spending time with her mother.

Rob has long battled with mental health issues, documenting his struggles back in 2015.

His mom Kris Jenner admitted she had tried very hard to get help for her only son.

"I cry myself to sleep literally every night worry about Rob. It's breaking my heart," she said in a 2015 episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
