A mum-of-four who has worked hard to hone her athletic figure has admitted that breast surgery could be the final hurdle to perfecting her look.

Sapphire, from Southampton, balances parenting four young children with her successful career as a bodybuilder, spending hours in the gym to refine her physique.

But, despite being fit and healthy, the mum admitted that she is fed up with her flat chest when she appeared on E4 show Send Nudes: Body SOS.

“I now respect my body a lot better, I’m now more confident about my body, but there is one thing that I want to change,” she explained.

“Within the bodybuilding world it would be really nice to have that extra feminine image.”

The fitness enthusiast was then shown the nude avatar of herself that had been captured by the high-tech cameras, and struggled to look at her naked figure.

“I want to turn away and just say, no I’m not very happy,” she confessed. “I really do not like my boobs, they’ve always been very small.

“They’re now getting a little bit saggy because I’m getting older. To have the bust that I would really love would just make my day, it would be like having my dreams come true, it would be like winning the lottery.

“I would just love to make them perkier and make me more feminine.”

In fact, Sapphire admitted that she had faced some “pressure” from people within the bodybuilding world to enhance her features in order to win more competitions.

But, with her own aspirations of getting back on the dating scene, the mum-of-four stressed that she was hoping for a natural-looking upgrade that would suit her slight figure.

As a result, when shown her first option – an implant and uplift to a C cup – Sapphire struggled to contain her surprise at her potential new look.

“[They’re] maybe too big, I think they look huge to me,” she observed.

However, when images of Sapphire’s enhanced naked figure were shared with members of the public to judge, the comments were overwhelmingly positive.

“I think they look natural and in proportion, they’re not too big but they don't look really fake,” one person commented.

“This is much more feminine, it really suits your beautiful body, your beautiful face,” another added.

And, despite being told that she didn’t need to get boobs to emphasise her femininity, Sapphire admitted at the end of the programme that she was planning on going ahead with the surgery.

“I don’t want to go too big, so I’m going to go with what was advised, which is a C cup, and this was also something that everyone had agreed with myself would look natural and what I actually wanted to achieve,” she said.
