CELEBRITY Masterchef fans were left 'puking' over a dangerous dish that could have 'put the judges in hospital'.
The new series of the BBC cookery show returned on Wednesday night with five well-known faces entering the Masterchef kitchen.
One of these was BBC Radio 2 star Richie Anderson, who admitted to judges John Torode and Gregg Wallace that he didn't have a lot of confidence when it came to cooking.
He didn't get off to the best start in the eyes of viewers, after he served up a curry that some felt looked like 'cat sick'.
But the second challenge brought further problems for Richie, as some of his fruity jerk chicken was under cooked.
As judge Gregg cut into the meat, he said: "Chicken's a little bit pink in here my friend."
He continued: "Your fruity jerk sauce is delicious, there's real hot pepperiness in there and proper fruitiness from the pineapple.
"Your palette's great but some of the chicken does need a little bit more cookery. There are issues with it."
Richie was upset and admitted to the camera: "I just wilted like a bit of spinach in a frying pan."
After tasting all five celebrities food, the judges had to decide who to send home first.

Richie said: "If they can look past the pink chicken, I've got a chance, because my sauce was good.
"So what's a bit of pink chicken when your sauce is good?"
But Masterchef viewers were quick to tell him, with one writing on Twitter: "What’s a bit of Pink chicken , if my sauce is Good !
Errr .. Hospital #camplyobacter #salmonella ffs."
Another added: "What’s a bit of pink chicken if your sauce is good??? KILLING PEOPLE YOU MUPPET."
A third wrote: "What’s a bit of pink chicken? About a week on the toilet."
Meanwhile a fourth tweeted: "There's a saying : ' What makes you bad, makes you better'. Does not apply to undercooked chicken, I'm afraid." alongside being sick and poo emojis.
It came as no surprise to them when Richie was then chosen to be sent home first by the judges.
