The new addition has credited the show with giving her a new lease of life following marriage problems with her husband, Take Me Out host Paddy, and she looked genuinely thrilled to be part of the programme.
During her debut Christine told castmates Tanya Bardsley and Ester Dee that she had sacrificed her social life to raise her children Penelope, Leo and Felicity.
She said: "I've been teetotal since I was a teacher. I rarely go anywhere without my husband so you should be honoured.
"I stay at home with the kids. I've had to put my whole social life on hold and it has been incredibly difficult but it's been amazing to watch them grow."
Christine was every inch the princess in a pale pink corset with frilled skirt and over-the-knee socks.
The 30-year-old wore golden stilettos, and a matching tiara was perched on top of her luscious blonde hair.
Wearing a glam face of make-up, she did a twirl in an Instagram video and had a big smile on her face.
Her followers loved the look, writing: "can’t wait to see you on the tv tonight!! Will be nice to have a new housewife joining the team? good luck honey xxx.
"Such a stunner pink really suits you am sure you're a great addition to the show.
"Oh my lord! Mrs MCG X.
"The real Cinderella.
"Amazing. Video. Amazing. Outfit.
"Good lord you are beyond hot and I’m straight!! Your hubby is punching and I’m sure he knows it lol xx."
Christine recently said The Real Housewives has given her a "kick up the bum" to do something for herself.
The former Miss Liverpool was left rocked when her husband Paddy McGuinness was pictured looking cosy with All Saints star Nicole Appleton on a night out.
Christine said her newfound TV fame has been a "brilliant distraction" from her relationships woes.
She told This Morning: "I was asked to do the show years ago but it just didn't work with the children.
"I want to go out and do something for myself. It's near to home and they film when the children are in school or in bed.
"It's given me kick up the bum hair to get my make up, get out the house and let daddy look after them, he's more than capable.
"The Real Housewives of Cheshire has been a brilliant distraction from everything.
"I can't praise the show enough for giving me that."
Christine and Paddy appear to have put their troubles behind them after putting on a united front following rumours of their marriage troubles.
The Sun Online exclusively revealed claims that Paddy tried to stop his wife appearing on the new reality show.
But Christine admitted the show has helped her through the rocky patch.
She said: "My husband has been great – being on Real Housewives of Cheshire has made him do more for the children which has been lovely.
"We are in a really good place so I can't complain at all."
