Coronation Street fans distracted as Sean Tullys twin brother joins ITV show

Coronation Street fans were left shocked after a new character made an appearance who looked suspiciously similar to Sean Tully.

In a recent storyline, Fiz Stapeand Phill Whittaker have been attempting to sell their house.

They have been advised to lower the price but decided against the move, so called a meeting with their estate agent to discuss their thoughts.

The agent appeared skittish and chatty when he first sat down to talk with the couple and began by mentioning the cafe’s interior.

He asked them: “Is this a greasy spoon, or a boutique cafe with a steam punk vibe?”

The agent then said he liked “eccles cakes” and that he and Roy would “get on famously”.

Fiz then thanked him for meeting them face to face and the agent said that he was “in the area” as everyone is trying to “sell up” due to the “sink holes”.

He said that the “rest of the country is in a buying frenzy” but round here is “nada”.

A confused Fiz and Phill tried to move the conversation on and tell him that they didn’t want to lower the price of the house.

The agent said it was “awkward” because Fiz's ex Tyrone Dobbs okayed the price drop” so he “changed it online straight away”.

Fans took to Twitter to share their amazement at Fizz’s estate agent and compared him to Sean.

One fan wrote: “Who's this Poundland Sean?”

Another said: “This is Sean if he was more bearable.”

One viewer tweeted: “Sean's 'brother' is so much more likeable than the real Sean. Love him already alongside three laughing emojis.

Others called him “more bearable” than the Corrie icon, while some said that he looked like his “twin” or an “older version” of him.

After the chat, Phill went to speak to Tyrone about the price drop.

He then told Fiz that Tyrone had said he “deserved to lose out on money” after his “behaviour.”

Fiz then met up with Tyrone to thank him, but also to let him know that he didn’t need to lower the price.

She told him that they were planning on starting renovations “as soon as possible,” which meant “next week”.
