Coronation Street fans found themselves distracted by a rather large blunder this week, as Summer Spellman continued her recovery in hospital.
Sinister Mike kept Summer hostage in his bedroom when she threatened to tell wife Esther the truth of his affair, and eventually suffered a diabetic episode after her blood sugar rocketed.
On Wednesday (January 18), Billy was keeping vigil at Summer's bedside before she ushered him on to catch up with work.

But as soon as he left her hospital room, sinister Mike stepped out from behind the curtain – having been in the room the whole time.
Baffled fans soon pointed out that there was no way Billy would have missed him as Mike began to threaten Summer.
Taking to Twitter, one fan said: "As if Billy didn’t see Mike when leaving. Do they think we’re thick?"
Another echoed: "If Billy didn't see Mike where was AGGIE? She sees everything in that place!"
"So Billy didn't see Mike hiding behind the curtain round the hospital bed? Should have gone to Specsavers!" a third posted, while someone else said: "Are you trying to tell me that Billy wouldn’t have seen Mike behind the curtains when he walked out of the door?"
While a fifth fan said: "How did Mike do that sneaky thing, must have been hiding for ages, do you think he needed a pish!?"
Someone else couldn't resist saying: "How come Billy didn’t notice Mike who entered Ward 4 about half a second after Billy departed? See – cruising Grindr."
Mike later fled the scene, with Paul and Todd rushing after him to prevent him causing any further harm to Summer.

Mike snapped at Paul: "Why do you care, she's not your daughter!" before insinuating Paul could want Summer for more than a parental role.
Disgusted after his own encounters with sexual abuse, Paul didn't hesitate to deck Mike one in the jaw – lying him out flat.
Todd frantically checked for a pulse with Mike cracking his head on the paving step before calling for an ambulance – and the pair fled the scene.
Paul opened up to his new – rather unlikely – ally Todd about his own traumatic experiences, explaining he can only go "six, seven hours" without thinking about what happened to him.
"When me and Billy were together, I'd go whole days without thinking about Cal. I actually felt like I belonged in the world. I felt safe, loved," Paul explained through his tears.
