The This Morning presenter took to Twitter today after the happy couple tied the knot earlier this week.
He wrote: "I think you'll agree they make a lovely couple. My son Declan and his Bride Jenny now Man & Wife."
Earlier this week, he excitedly told his Twitter followers how there was lots of "love and happiness" on his son's wedding day.
He tweeted: "It's a special day. My first born son @decholmes gets married today to @JennyGouk.
"The clans are gathering and I'm delighted to say there's a lot of Love and happiness all around us."
It is thought that Eamonn and his wife Ruth Langsford jetted over to Ireland for the big day on Monday.
Declan is Eamonn's son from his ex-wife Gabrielle with whom he shares three kids.
Eamonn shared news of his son's engagement last October.
Sharing a pic of events director Declan with Jenny, he wrote: "I am proud to announce the engagement today of Number 1 Son @decholmes & his now fiancee Dr @JennyGouk. Much happiness in both our families."
The special day comes just six days after the host revealed he was suffering from shingles.
The 58-year-old TV star was forced to stop work on This Morning last week after falling ill with the virus.
Shingles is a painful acute inflammation of the nerve ganglia, which causes swelling and painful lumps to appear across the body.
Eamonn revealed the worst of the swelling was across his face and underneath his right eye.
