EastEnders: Cindy Beale returns
EastEnders will not air a new episode tonight (Monday, August 21) to make way for sports coverage.
The BBC soap usually airs between Mondays and Thursdays at 7.30pm, but it is absent from tonight’s schedule.
Instead, the World Athletics Championships will be broadcast from 7.30pm.
Luckily, the episode from tonight is now available to stream on BBC iPlayer.
The instalment will be broadcast live on Tuesday for viewers who do not have access to iPlayer.

Longtime EastEnders fans will recall Walford residents thought she was killed off in 1998.
However, Cindy was placed into witness protection where she met George Knight (Colin Salmon) and had two children.
In an explosive trailer for Cindy’s return, she is seen stepping into Albert Square before she pays Kathy Beale (Gillian Taylforth) a visit.
She’s left in shock to see Cindy back from the dead, as she gasps: “You’re dead!”
Meanwhile, Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean) warns Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt): “Cindy did always have a way of pulling the wool over people’s eyes.”
Elsewhere in the clip, Cindy says: “It feels good being back in Walford, feels like I’m coming home!”
EastEnders airs on Mondays to Thursdays at 7.30pm on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
