EastEnders’ Peter Beale star Dayle Hudson shows off real-life model girlfriend

EastEnders' Peter Beale declared his true feelings for Ash Panesar on Tuesday night's episode, but in real life, actor Dayle Hudson is a taken man.

The soap star, who joined the cast of EastEnders last year, replacing actor Ben Hardy in the role, is dating model and dancer India Hope.

Dayle and India spent Valentine's Day together this year, tucking into pancakes and sharing tributes to each other via Instagram.

With over 3,000 Instagram followers, India is a yoga enthusiast as well as a professional model and dancer, working with agencies like Sillis Movement and RnD Creatives.

Gogglebox star Tom Malone, who works as a professional choreographer, is among fans of her work.

Sharing some snaps from their relationship on V-day, Dayle spelt out his feelings for the raven-haired beauty, writing: "She's the only one who'll put up with me.

"Happy Valentine's Day Everyone.”

India also shared a series of pictures from their romance, showing the pair dining out in swish restaurants and pulling faces before the camera.

She wrote: "Happy v day to my love and the world.

"Here is some super gross sickly cuteness from us – Hope everyone is feeling the love today, what ever the relationship status."

Dayle worked as a bricklayer before landing the role of Peter Beale on the BBC One soap, previously honing his acting skills while doing a drama degree.

His character caught fans' attention on Tuesday evening's episode, when he ran around Albert Square in the buff, hoping to impress doctor Ash, played by Gurlaine Kaur Garcha.

Unfortunately, the romantic gesture ended badly when he fell and smashed his head on the pavement, suffering a concussion.

He was taken to hospital, where the combination of the head injury and the drugs encouraged him to wear his heart on his sleeve.

As Ash stood by his bed, he declared: "I really, really like you. You make me laugh. You get me! Not a lot of people get me."

Peter then invited her on a date, promising: "Let me show you what it's like to be wined and dined by Peter Beale."

Could this be the beginning of a spectacular EastEnders romance?

EastEnders airs on Mondays and Fridays at 8pm, and on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7.30pm.
