Lisa Faulkner has revealed she “would love” to return to EastEnders.
The actress, who joined the BBC One soap as Fi Browning last year before leaving just before the New Year, recently expressed she would be interested in bringing the character back to screens at some point in the future.
“I would love her to [return],” Faulkner told The Daily Express. “You know what, it was great playing her character.
“I had such a fantastic time and they left the door open. But gosh, who knows!”
Fi Browning left the soap in December 2017 after betraying her father James Willmott-Brown and bringing down Weyland & Co, handing Kathy the contract to the cafe before departing shortly after Abi and Lauren’s tragic rooftop fall.
Interestingly, Faulkner’s reveal that she would like to return comes after Fi’s ex-boyfriend Max Branning (played by Jake Wood) returned to Albert Square last week.
So, could Fi be returning to Walford after all?
