EMMERDALE fans were left distracted during Friday's episode after spotting a famous Hollyoaks actor in the ITV soap.
Leyla Cavanagh visited a drug dealer in the last episode of Emmerdale as her drug habit spirals out of control – with her husband Dr Liam seemingly unaware of her addiction
But when the addict traveled into the Yorkshire countryside to meet a man who could sell her what she needed, fans of the ITV soap were quick to point out how the criminal was a familiar face.
Fans noted that the role was being played by Parry Glasspool, who played Harry Thompson on Channel 4 soap Hollyoaks between February 2015 and July 2019.
One fan said: "Was that drug dealer off #Hollyoaks, he looks familiar? #Emmerdale", whil another posted: "It's interesting to see Parry Glasspool in the start of tonight's #Emmerdale – he's hardly changed since he played Harry in #hollyoaks!"
Meanwhile, a third wrote: "Oh hello it’s Harry from Hollyoaks. #Emmerdale."

SOAP legend Michelle Collins has revealed she’s picked her wedding dress ahead of marrying toyboy fiancé Mark Davidson.
The actress spent the day trying on white dresses in East London with her sister and finally settled on her dream design – although she isn’t quite ready to share it just yet.
Michelle said she had an “amazing” day and felt “so special” as she posed in a stylish, backless frock.
The day of fittings came after Michelle, who is starring as Miss Scarlett in a nationwide tour of Cluedo, celebrated her 60th birthday.
She was given a cake by her niece and sister Vicki, and despite some initial reservations, was happy to have marked the milestone.
“I originally didn’t want to celebrate as it’s not been a great year but so glad I did now,” she said.
Michelle became engaged to Mike, 39, after his romantic proposal in Los Angeles back in March.

Emmerdale fans beg soap bosses to make drastic change
Fans are begging Emmerdale bosses for the show to be moved back to its original 7pm slot.
In March, 2022, much to the annoyance of many, ITV shook up its schedule, bumping Emmerdale down to the 7.30pm slot to allow a longer news program.
But the Yorkshire-based soap has gone back to its previous 7pm slot for this week only to accommodate Britain’s Got Talent‘s semi-final live shows from 8pm to 10:05pm.
This has also affected rival soap Coronation Street which airs at 7.30pm for half an hour every night this week.
One soap fan wrote: “The verdict is in, people like the 7pm time slot for Emmerdale. We’ve tried an 1hour and half of news and it doesn’t work.”
A second commented: “Emmerdale back in its rightful place (7pm) (for this week).”
Another chimed in: “Emmerdale So nice it’s back on at 7pm – At least for this week!”

EASTENDERS stars Shona McGarty and Max Bowden hold hands after popping out to a kebab van.
We revealed last week that the pair, who play Whitney Dean and Ben Mitchell, had “grown close” after he split from his pregnant girlfriend this year.
They denied they are “officially dating”.
But an onlooker who saw Shona, 30, and Max, 27, at the Hertfordshire takeaway said: “They looked very much like a couple.”
Max’s ex-lover, insurance exec Roisin Buckle, revealed last month they were having a baby boy. The couple vowed to raise the child together, despite their split.
Shona is single after splitting from electrician fiancé Ryan Harris in January.

EASTENDERS fans are in shock after it was revealed Suki Panesar’s husband will soon be released from prison – after serving 20 years for murder.
The businesswoman – who is played by actress Balvinder Sopal in the BBC soap – has been seen as a powerful, strong and vengeful villain in her own right unafraid of anyone.

The mum-of-two took in the sunshine, as she relaxed by the pool in a bikini while on holiday.

EMMERDALE fans are disgusted with Leyla Cavanagh after she let rip at Priya Sharma over her scars.

Corrie’s Charlie De Melo opens up about wanting to QUIT
IMRAN Habeeb actor Charlie De Melo is leaving Weatherfield after being involved in heart-stopping stories for almost five years.
However, the Coronation Street star admitted he had planned to leave sooner – but was stopped dead in his tracks by the pandemic.
Speaking about his exit to The Sun and other press, Charlie De Melo admitted that “a multitude of things” convinced him it was time to pack up and leave.
Charlie confessed that he had originally wanted to quit in 2019.
“My first couple of years there were trying”, the actor recalled.
“I did find it difficult and as I was heading towards the end of that second year, I made the decision to move on, to draw a line under my time in Manchester.”
But as the year 2020 began, the decision was taken out of his hands by the Covid pandemic and he chose to remain in the cobbles until things settled down.
“It was the more sensible choice to stay.”
“The subsequent few years since have been such a joy and then it got to a stage where I was enjoying myself over there.”
Corrie fans heartbroken by shock death
CORONATION Street fans are heartbroken after Imran Habeeb collapsed and died last night – and have spotted a dark clue that Toyah Battersby murdered him.
The solicitor – who is played by actor Charlie De Melo in the ITV soap – saved Toyah from the car wreck before the building collapsed onto it.
One wrote: “Toyah has a mild bruising of the conscience.”
A second said: “Has Toyah driven into the building intentionally as she wasn’t happy with Imran’s decision to come clean?”

CORONATION Street legends Brooke Vincent and Ellie Leach look adorable as they posed together for a throwback snap.
Ellie, 21 – who plays Faye Windass in the ITV soap – took to Instagram to wish her cousin a very happy birthday with an old picture of them taken back in 2008.
