EXCLUSIVE: Fox Nation has set a September 12 premiere date for its original series The Killer Interview With Piers Morgan.
The eight-part documentary series, first revealed by Deadline last year, will feature Morgan interviewing convicted killers at the heart of contested murder cases.
Each episode will spotlight a different murderer, with Morgan venturing behind prison walls to interview some of America’s most notorious criminals.
Kimberly Saenz, a nurse convicted of murdering her dialysis patients by injecting them with bleach, will give her first interview as part of the series. A clip from the episode is featured above.

Others featured include Daniel Pelosi, who was found guilty of killing Wall Street financier Ted Ammon, and Robert Spahalski, a serial killer whose victims were those he knew and loved.
An episode with Karl Karlson, who was convicted of murdering family members for insurance payouts, will broadcast on Fox News on September 17 at 10PM Eastern.
Plum Pictures, the UK production outfit behind Amazon’s James May: Our Man In… series, and Morgan’s Wake Up Productions are making the Fox Nation show.
Morgan said: “I’ve interviewed thousands of people from all walks of life including presidents, prime ministers, pop superstars, business tycoons and movie legends. But for me as a journalist, there is nothing more compelling than sitting face-to-face with some of the most dangerous killers in the world to hold them directly to account for their crimes.
“This series is a fascinating collection of very varied and explosive interviews that I’m sure will leave viewers debating with family and friends as to the subject’s guilt or otherwise, and give a gripping insight into the murderers’ mindset and motivation for doing what they did.”
