The Saturdays popstar, 34, headed back to her incredible Surrey home to train, donning a black crop top and matching leggings.

Frankie pulled on white socks and trainers as she prepared for her fitness session.

She flashed a peace sign to the camera as she captured a sweaty Instagram selfie with the help of the gym floor mirror.

The Up songstress wrote in her caption: "Day two. Aired on the side of caution with the weights.

"It's been so long all of the spiders have moved in."

Frankie has previously flashed her abs after leaving her theatre role in London.

It came after she went braless in a see-through dress as she oozed glam in a marbled maxi-gown while out in the capital.
