Jimmy Kimmel hosts “Who Knows Gwen Stefani?”
Gwen Stefani doesn’t know Gwen Stefani very well.
The singer and current coach on "The Voice" squared off against a superfan in a game of trivia all about herself on "Jimmy Kimmel Live" Wednesday night and lost.
To Stefani’s credit, at least she went into the game with low expectations and was beaten by a woman who’s attended over 100 of the former No Doubt singer’s shows.
"The thing is, is that I am basically Dory and I don’t remember anything that happened to me before so she’s for sure going to win," Stefani predicted before Kimmel kicked off the contest.
Stefani nailed her Aunt Donna’s age (90), corrected the fan’s guess at her first job — it was a swim instructor and lifeguard at a pool, not a Dairy Queen stint — and knew Shaun Cassidy was the first artist whose album she ever bought. But the underdog rose up, quickly identifying the first song Stefani wrote.
The fan didn’t know what camp Stefani attended in seventh grade, but had the answer for every other remaining question. She won 50-30, taking home Stefani’s purse, sunglasses and dress.
