Hollyoaks hints at Milo Entwistle's fate after that horror car crush cliffhanger

Hollyoaks has revealed a first look at the aftermath of Milo Entwistle’s horror cliffhanger – as Mandy Richardson urges Tom Cunningham to forgive and forget.

Last night’s (August 29) dramatic E4 episode saw the Cunninghams finally learn that Milo (Nathan Morris) was responsible for the car crash that killed Gordon and Helen in 2004.

Milo also nearly killed Cindy to keep his dark secret under wraps, but he later tried to redeem himself by saving Tom (Ellis Hollins) from being crushed by a falling car – sacrificing himself in the process.

Hollyoaks won’t confirm Milo’s fate until tonight’s (August 30) E4 episode airs, but the brand new spoiler clip below may offer a few early hints.

The emotional scene shows Mandy (Sarah Jayne Dunn) comforting Tom at the folly after he’s trashed Milo’s bedroom in a vengeful rage.

Taking a much calmer approach towards the situation than Tom, caring Mandy begs him to let go of his anger.

With Mandy and Tom both largely talking about Milo in the present tense rather than the past, is this a clue that he’s still alive? Or are they just talking about how they’ll remember him? All will be revealed tonight.

Tom asks: “I should just roll over, forgive and forget?”

Mandy explains: “I know that you think hating him will help, but it won’t. You shouldn’t be angry with yourself for caring. Because if you can still care for Milo after what he did, see past that messed-up guy that devoted his life to making up for his mistake – then that’s not a weakness, it’s a strength. That would make you more like your dad than you realise.”

Hollyoaks airs these scenes tonight (August 30) at 7pm on E4 and tomorrow (August 31) at 6.30pm on Channel 4.
