Who is Zoe Kravitz?

Zoe, 29,  was born December 1, 1988, and is an American actress, singer and model.

Her breakthrough role came as Angel Salvadore in the 2011 superhero film X-Men: First Class, which was followed by roles in The Divergent Series and Mad Max: Fury Road.

Since then, Zoe has had supporting roles in blockbusters such as The Lego Batman Movie and the Harry Potter spin-off film Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them – a role she reprised for the 2018 sequel, Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald.

Since 2017, the actress has also starred in Big Little Lies.

Aside from acting Zoe was the face of Vera Wang's Princess fragrance in 2009, and has modelled for Venus Zine and Elle.

The multi-talented star also fronts the band Lolawolf.

They released their debut album Calm Down in 2014.

Who are Zoe's famous parents?

Zoe's star parents are actress Lisa Bonet and singer Lenny Kravitz.

Her parents eloped and married in Las Vegas in 1987 but they divorced six years later in 1993 when she was five.

The trio have remained close ever since, with Lisa revealing their relationship was "fantastic full-on family love" to Porter.

Zoe lived with her mum in Topanga Canyon before moving to Miami at age eleven to live with her father, spending summers with Lisa.

Zoe also has a younger half-sister, Lola, and half-brother, Nakoa-Wolf, from her mum's marriage to Game of Thrones hunk Jason Momoa.

Her godfather is movie producer Bruce Cohen, and her godmother is actress Marisa Tomei.

 

When did Zoe get engaged?

Zoe began dating actor Karl Glusman in 2016.

In an interview for the November 2018 issue of Rolling Stone, she announced that the couple had got engaged in February.

"Oh yeah, I'm engaged," Kravitz reportedly told interviewer Josh Eells when he noticed that she was wearing a diamond on her left ring finger.

"No, I'm engaged! I haven't told anyone yet – I mean, I haven't told the world. I wanted to keep it private."
