I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!'s Scarlette Douglas dodged the question on whether she "likes" Matt Hancock during an appearance on ITV's Good Morning Britain.
The former A Place In The Sun presenter, 35, was eliminated during Sunday night's episode of I'm A Celeb and having returned to normal life, she gave her first post-jungle interview on Monday morning.
A key moment for campmates this series was the arrival of former health secretary Matt Hancock.
While Scarlette acknowledged that she liked many of Matt's attributes, she explained that she didn't have enough time with him to be able to like him specifically.
She told hosts Richard Madeley and Susanna Reid: "For me, when Matt came in I said, 'You know, there are a lot of things you've done that people aren't happy with and you have to understand that emotions are going to be running high in camp and you have to get why that is'.
"So in the jungle, we will get on but it doesn't meant that outside we're gonna be best mates at all. But in here we'll just work together as a team and that's all we can do. That's the most important thing."
Presenter Richard then asked: "Did you like him?"
Scarlette replied: "I like his get up and go. I like the fact that he has drive. I like that he's determined. I like that he won't give up on anything. Those attributes I like in general.
"Do I like Matt Hancock specifically? I don't think I had enough time to really get to know him because when he came in he was trying to win us all over."
She added: "He was doing his best to make sure he's involved in everything but for me it was just I want to make sure as a camp we all get on."
When Matt entered the jungle many of his campmates were apprehensive about his intentions. Although some celebs in the jungle are still not sold on how genuine the MP is, the camp have remained on cordial terms.
Scarlette is the second contestant to be eliminated in this year's I'm A Celeb. Friday 18 November's episode saw ITV News presenter and Loose Women star Charlene White, 42, become the first celeb to evicted.
