I'm a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! star Olivia Attwood has vowed she is a changed woman since Love Island and will not cause rows in camp as she has got rid of the mental "baggage" she had a few years ago.
The reality TV star-turned-documentary maker shot to fame when she appeared on the third series of ITV2 show Love Island in 2017 and was known for regularly clashing with others.
Reflecting on that time Olivia, 31, said: "Hindsight and growing up is a great thing. The person I was when I went into Love Island… she was very angry, I was a pretty lost person before I entered Love Island, I didn’t know what I was doing with my life, I didn’t like boys, I was scorned by all the horrible ex-boyfriends I had so I took a lot of baggage in there with me, I was hot headed.

"I was doing a lot of screaming and shouting but now I’m in a happier place. I don’t feel the need to drop bombs for the sake of it. In my normal life I don’t argue with people ever."
Olivia took part in a stomach-churning Bushtucker Trial in 2018 when she was a panellist on former spin-off show Extra Camp, in which she had to hold a number of creepy crawlies in her mouth for 60 seconds.
She thinks the jungle may be a good environment for her ADHD.
Asked about her disorder, she said: "I’m hoping that the jungle will really suit me because the things that over stimulates my ADHD is too much blue light, phone, laptops, TV, caffeine, alcohol, too much sugar, all that stuff in our daily lives makes me a bit wild whereas there’s none of that in the jungle. I love nature and animals so I’m hoping it will have a nice effect on me."
Olivia has made documentaries for ITV2 since leaving Love Island and if she was to do well in camp, she would be keen to do more TV work.
She said: I am quite open to whatever comes my way I feel this year I have already started filming my documentary I have got two of those coming out there will be another series of Olivia Meets Her Match so I am pretty lucky because I have a busy year ahead but I obviously I would be extremely open to looking at doing some more prime time stuff or even live presenting.
"It is definitely an area that I would love to dip my toe in and I think half of the relationship I have with the channel and going into the show is kind of we are moving towards something but I don’t quite know what it is yet. Right now I am excited about what the future holds."
Olivia also detailed the extensive makeover and list of treatments she has had ahead of the show to look good for the whole three weeks without access to make up.

She said: "So, I did eyebrows, tint and lamination, my lip blush tattooed so it looks like I’ve got a bit of lippy on it’s gone a bit too red in the sun but that’s fine, better than nothing, and I did Botox and a facial and that’s it.
"I cut three inches off my hair, it’s not short, just to make it a bit more manageable. I cut down my nails to short and square, which is not my normal go to, it feels strange but just so I can actually use my hands instead of breaking a nail.
I’m hoping this is going to be one of those experiences that make you realise that all those things don’t really matter – but somehow, I don’t think that’s going to be the case. It’s weirdly exciting to strip back and go back to basics."
I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! returns to ITV on November 6.
