A PLACE In The Sun's Scarlette Douglas is an expert when it comes to helping others find their dream homes and plot renovations.
And she's leading by example with her own stylish pad which has been kitted out with a stunning new charcoal kitchen.
The Worst House on the Street host proudly showed off the new-look room on Instagram, calling it her favourite in the house.
The project is part of a full house refurb which, despite her expertise, is taking longer than expected.
Prior to the transformation, the kitchen had pink walls and dated floor tiles and fittings.
The new grey units and hanging lights have given it a much more contemporary feel.

Scarlette's living room has a huge sofa and chic coffee table on a plush patterned rug.
The space is so nice, the TV star has even used it as a backdrop for filming.
Scarlette's taking a leap of faith with her latest telly endeavour, signing up for the new series of I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!
The host, 35, quit her job hosting A Place in the Sun in August after seven years to focus on a new property series for Channel 4, Worst House on the Street, with her brother Stuart Douglas.

Now she will join big names like Boy George and Mike Tindall in the new ITV series when it kicks off on November 6.
A TV insider said: “Scarlette has what it takes to become a big household name like Stacey Solomon and Joel Dommett after her time in the Jungle.
“She has proved to be a hit amongst viewers following the success of her property shows and there is no doubt that she will be inundated with offers for more telly gigs.”
Together Scarlette and Stuart also front Flipping Fast, alongside architect George Clarke.
And they took over from Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer for a special edition of Love It or List It as part of Channel 4’s Black to Front project last year.
Scarlette, who has also performed on the West End, found her niche on screen after landing a screen test through her and Stuart’s property development work.
But she has told how she had to leave A Place In The Sun through exhaustion.
She said: “Last year we couldn’t really travel because of Covid and Brexit and all of that sort of stuff, but then in August I got stuck in Spain with Covid for two weeks.
“When I looked at my diary for this year and at the end of last year I had a bit of a burnout, I had a bit of a meltdown.
