SHE’S most remembered for her life playing Leanna Cavangah, the troubled daughter of hapless Dr Liam on Emmerdale.

But these days life for Mimi Slinger could not be further away from the chaos of the Dales.

Blonde bombshell Mimi was last seen playing Leanna last year before she was killed off after becoming the first on-screen victim of Emmerdale’s most notorious serial killer, Meena Jutla, played by Paige Sandhu.

Since then, Mimi has been enjoying a life of luxury – you only have to take one look at her Instagram to see she is enjoying the high life.

The 19 year old actress has now set her sights on life beyond the Dales and that includes a top modelling contract, a slew of acting gigs and a plan to be the next Posh and Becks.

Shortly after her soap exit, Mimi signed to top modelling agency Storm Model Management to pursue top jobs and high-fashion gigs in order to further herself in the glamorous world of showbiz.

Speaking on her bid to remain in the spotlight through modelling and acting, the young star said: “Fingers crossed for anything in the pipeline. I definitely want to keep acting, I absolutely love it and can’t see myself not doing it!”

But it’s her other half HRVY, who she is hoping to carve out her power couple status alongside, who has been spilling the most information when it comes to Mimi’s glamorous life off camera. 

Speaking with the Daily Star, HRVY admitted: "She's teaching me some acting stuff but yeah she is still doing acting…

"Yeah, she's been doing loads of self-tapes for Netflix and Amazon and doing loads of auditions and doing her modelling as well."

The former Strictly Come Dancing star admitted it had encouraged him to consider acting as a potential goal away from the pop music world. 

He ruled out a soap career like that of his girlfriends but said: "I would love to do acting but I wouldn't do soaps, it is a good stepping stone for people but I don't think it's my thing the soap stuff.

"It's great but personally my head is more Netflix and Amazon Prime. I can see my name written in the stars there, not Corrie."

The 23 year old singer opened up on his romance with the ex-Emmerdale star.

He said:  "We actually met on a red carpet a year ago at the NTAs – she was stood in front of me and I was like 'woah, she's fit and she looks lovely'.

"We ended up chatting that night actually and it went from there and we have the NTAs coming up again in a few weeks' time and we'll turn up together."

Speaking about being ‘couple goals; and their plan to become one of the country’s A-list celebrity couples, HRVY admitted:  "I don't know about couple goals but one day we could be like Angelina and Brad Pitt. Oh no, they broke up, didn't they? Or Posh and Becks one day maybe."

For now, fans of Mimi will have to brace themselves as they anticipate her next move and which Netflix shows she will be popping up on.
