JAMES Argent has been spotted running topless on holiday in Spain – showing off his incredible trim figure.

The former The Only Way Is Essex star stripped down to just a pair of running shorts as he showed off the incredible results of his 14 stone weight loss on his afternoon jog.

James, 34, dubbed Arg on the ITV Be reality show, revealed his slim waist and abs as he headed out for a run in the heat.

Wearing just a pair of blue patterned shorts, Arg donned his socks and trainers as he jogged by the seafront in Marbella.

The star showed off the impressive results of his weight loss -including his abs – in the scorching sunshine, topping up his tan.

James, whose hair had been slicked back, completed his look with a gold chain and gold watch as he stopped to stretch his legs.

James has been spending much of his summer in the Spanish holiday destination – showing off his body earlier this month as he took a shirtless dip into a pool.

The former Towie favourite chose a snazzy pair of blue-print swim shorts for his chill day as he relaxed in the holiday hotspot.

Last month, Arg was seen in the same holiday hotspot as he went topless jumping off a cliff into the sea, before relaxing on a pedalo.

Meanwhile, James shed his incredible amount of weight last year after having gastric bypass surgery to limit his food intake.

Arg underwent the life-saving operation in a bid to turn his life around – losing 14 stone in weight.

James has kept fans updated since his surgery with the progress and recently admitted that doctors had ordered him to put some weight back on after losing too much.

He told The Sun back in February: "The only problem now is I’ve lost a little bit too much weight and I need to put on half a stone.

“Everyone thinks it’s hilarious, we didn’t think we’d ever be in this situation but it’s one thing or another with me – that’s just me!"

Arg, who began piling on the pounds in lockdown after kicking his cocaine and booze addiction, exclusively told The Sun how doctors told him he was “on death row" before shedding the pounds.

It took his mum Patricia breaking down in tears in his bedroom for him to finally seek help.

“Bingeing made me tired and lethargic so I’d make plans every day to meet friends, do a job or achieve something,” he tells The Sun.

“But after I binged, I was so exhausted I’d end up just staying in bed and not leaving the house.

“Then one afternoon my mum found me in bed and started crying."

His life re-vamp has proved hugely successful, with the star looking slimmer than ever as he appeared on the Lorraine show to promote his new career with The Arg Band.
