This Morning: Gino calls James Martin 'a filthy chef'
James Martin’s future with ITV reportedly hangs in the balance after the latest bullying allegations, which came with a leaked expletive-filled rant, with “nothing” planned for the future with the broadcaster.
The moment, which took place five years ago, heard James scold his staff over an incident and was leaked to The Sun, with readers being able to hear the chef swear 42 times in a 10-minute rant.
Sources have now claimed that James’ Saturday Morning programme could be axed by ITV, with senior bosses reportedly furious over the allegations.
An insider told the Daily Mail: “There have been many allegations made against James now… while there is one series to be made under contract.
“There is nothing else in the pipeline and there is some strong lobbying taking place that he shouldn’t be signed up again.”

Express.co.uk has contacted ITV and James Martin’s representative for a comment in regards to the bullying allegations and the future of his career with ITV.
James has since addressed the recording on his social media saying he felt he needed to speak out on the incident.
Taking to his Twitter account, he expressed: “I would like to publicly and sincerely apologise to the crew involved in this incident, as I did at the time.”
He noted that the end of 2017 was “one of the most fraught and difficult periods of my life” after dealing with his grandfather’s death, a burglary and a cancer diagnosis.
“I was then diagnosed with cancer on my face and I had to have surgery, which I couldn’t do until two days before Christmas when we had finished filming.

“Since then it has returned on several occasions and I have to have regular treatments. I can only say I am human and following a build-up of personal life pressure, I admit I overreacted regarding the damage to my home.”
The damage in question saw James’ £26,000 driveway reportedly ruined by oil, which somebody had put in the bin.
The incident which was leaked sees James scolding his team and telling them they should be “f***ing fried”.
He added that punishing them would be by ordering they take their lunch breaks in the “f***ing rain”.
“Show me and show my house more f**king respect – if not, you’re gone. Senior members of our staff will get f**king fired because I‘m sick of it.
“I’m sick of being treated like a f**king piece of sh*t.”
Releasing a statement on the incident, a spokesperson for ITV said: “At ITV people and their welfare are our highest priority.
“The production companies who make shows for us have primary responsibility for the duty of care of everyone they work with, both on and off-screen.
“We make clear our expectations in this regard as part of our pre-green-light duty of care processes.
“This includes having appropriate independent controls in place to enable everyone who works on their shows to confidently and confidentially raise concerns.”
James Martin Saturday Kitchen airs Saturday from 9:25am on ITV.
