Kate Ferdinand breaks down in tears while opening up on becoming a stepmum in emotional teaser for new documentary

Kate Ferdinand is seen breaking down in tears in a new documentary which will detail her journey into motherhood and becoming a stepfamily with husband Rio, 41, and his three children.

The couple, who tied the knot in stunning ceremony in September last year, are set to give fans a glimpse into their life at home in a documentary called Rio and Kate: Becoming a Stepfamily.

In a teaser for the show, former TOWIE star Kate, 29, is seen breaking down in tears as she says she just wants Rio’s children, Lorenz, 13, Tate, 11, and Tia, eight, to be “happy”.
