Kate Ferdinand shows off her incredible bikini body on luxury Dubai holiday with husband Rio

KATE Ferdinand has shown off her incredible bikini body as she enjoys a luxury holiday in the Dubai alongside husband Rio.

The new mum, who welcomed baby son Cree nine months ago, sat by the pool in the skimpy two-piece as she showed off her post-baby body.

Former The Only Way Is Essex star Kate, 30, took to Instagram with behind-the-scenes snaps from their luxury Dubai break.

The couple looked to be staying in the luxurious Burj Al Arab, where the mum-of-one and her former footballer beau could be seen relaxing.

Kate posted a loving picture of the couple sharing a kiss as she lay about in the sunshine soaking up the rays next to dad-of-three Rio, 42.

A second snap saw the star show off her stunning post baby-body in a tiny two-piece – keeping her face shaded with a large sunhat.

The brown bikini hugged at Kate's curves as she sat with her legs in the pool and looked out onto the incredible view from the rooftop pool.

A third photo saw Kate and Rio standing in the opulent lobby of the hotel, as Kate posed in the mirror, showing off her beach-ready outfit.

"Some well needed US time," she captioned the series of photos, as Rio chimed in in the comments section with a series of of fire emojis.

It comes days after Kate showed off her incredible post-baby body nine months after giving birth to her baby son.

Taking to her social media grid, the mum-of-one shared a snap of her in the just before giving birth side-by-side with a recent shot.

Kate is seen showing off her impressive abdominals as she stands in a black bra and knickers, cradling baby Cree on her hip.

She captioned the snaps: "My baby is 9 months old! I can’t believe it. I felt like 9 months of pregnancy dragged but just like that this last 9 months have just flown by.

"I took this photo on the day I had Cree and comparing the two photos – it’s truly unbelievable what our bodies can do.

"After giving birth I truly never thought I would feel myself again, and honestly everything is a bit more wobbly than before.

"But I feel so much happier, I am in awe of the fact I have produced my beautiful baby boy and super proud of the woman I have become."

Towie favourite Kate went on to explain how having a baby helped her develop a "healthy relationship" with her body for the first time.

"I’ve definitely eased up on the pressure I add to myself; I’ve never really had a healthy relationship with my body," she went on.

"But watching what it has done for me and my baby this last 18 months is nothing short of incredible."

The fitness fanatic also offered up an empowering message to mums who may be struggling to regain their self-confidence.

Kate concluded: "I love to work out, but for me these days it is much more about the mind & how it makes me feel rather than how I look. Be proud of yourselves mums, we are amazing."

Responding the post, hubby Rio took to the comments to gush over how long Kate had spent regaining her pre-pregnancy body.

"Ridiculous. Hasn't been without hard work baby," he wrote, as fans chimed in to call the new mum "incredible" and "stunning".

Last month, Kate shocked her fans when she revealed her jaw-dropping size-eight bikini body eight months after giving birth.

Proving she's got her confidence back, Kate showed off her incredible figure while abroad on holiday with her family.

She had told her fears about her new body – because as a parent to Rio’s three children from his marriage to his late wife Rebecca Ellison, Kate had to juggle the newborn with still being a doting mum to the older children.

She told The Sun in May: “There is a lot of pressure to bounce back but I don’t feel it is realistic with a newborn baby and three other children.

“I would love to look how I looked before Cree but I am not putting a load of pressure on myself because things don’t always go to plan when you have a baby.

“You might plan to eat healthily and go to the gym. But then something happens and you still haven’t cooked dinner, so you end up snacking.

“I just thought, ‘I need to enjoy this moment with my family rather than freaking out about whether I do or don’t feel good, or whether I don’t look like how I used to look’.

“Obviously I love the gym and I love exercising. But I might not make my session every day because the baby might not have slept and I am really tired.

"I am not putting that pressure on myself. I try to move when I can, I will try and exercise more and I will try and eat more healthily.

"But if I fancy a vodka because I need one, I won’t beat myself up about it.

“People do comment on what you look like, so I was a bit nervous about uploading stuff at the beginning. I felt like everyone expected me to look a certain way.

“I thought, ‘If I keep putting up amazing photos all the time it just isn’t my reality’. I’m sitting at home in my gym clothes with no make-up on four days a week.”
