KHLOE Kardashian 'banned' Tristan Thompson from moving into her $37M mansion after his affair with Maralee Nichols, which resulted in a child.
Maralee gave birth to the NBA player's son on December 1.
The Good American co-founder reportedly told Tristan he can't move into her massive mansion following the latest cheating scandal.
According to Entertainment Tonight she still feels "crushed" and "unsettled" by the whole thing.
A source told the outlet: "Khloe and Tristan were in a good place before the news about Maralee being pregnant came out and had plans to move in together.
"Tristan has since pulled out of escrow on his house in Encino, California, that he was in the process of selling, and is no longer moving in with Khloe."
Khloe lives in an expensive mansion in Hidden Hills, California.
It's located next door to her mom, Kris Jenner, and close to Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner.

According to the insider, she simply can't shake her feelings on the matter.
"Khloe is really hurt and saddened by Tristan's actions and his public apology isn't helping," the source said.
The insider added: "This has been a tough pull for her to swallow and she does feel unsettled and pretty crushed."
Tristan has also been struggling after confirming paternity.
Khloe's ex recently shared a post about "demons" and "weakness," after confessing to fathering Maralee's child.
Weeks after he issued a public statement confirming he's the child's father, Tristan took to Instagram to share the cryptic quote.
The quote read: "Sometimes you don't realize your own strength until you face your greatest wekness.
"Hide from your demons and they'll slowly destroy your potential."
The quote concluded: "Face them and they can potentially become your greatest asset."
Months before Maralee gave birth to Tristan's son, she filed legal documents seeking financial support from the Canadian sports star.
Maralee claimed that she and Tristan conceived the child on his birthday in March.
While Tristan initially claimed that his relationship with Maralee was a one-night hookup, he later admitted in legal documents that he met up with her several times for sex.
The NBA star and Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum were exclusively dating at the time.
They share one child – 3-year-old True. Tristan is also father to a son named Prince, five, with ex Jordan Craig.
After nearly one month of denying that he fathered Maralee's baby, Tristan confirmed the paternity results on Instagram.
He wrote: "Today, paternity test results revealed that I fathered a child with Maralee Nichols.
"I take full responsibility for my actions.
"Now that paternity has been established, I look forward to amicably raising our son."
Tristan went on to apologize to his ex, writing: "Khloe. you don't deserve this. You don't deserve the heartache and humiliation I have caused you.
"You don't deserve the way I have treated you over the years. My actions have certainly not lined up with the way I view you.
"I have the utmost respect and love for you, regardless of what you may think. Again I am so incredibly sorry."
Khloe didn't publicly address Tristan's confession, nor his apology.
The TV star reportedly "responded privately" to her ex.
