KIM Kardashian has given fans a glimpse at her thinning face and chiseled jawline in new photos with a friend from a celebration.

The mom of four dropped more than 20 lbs. back in 2022, leaving fans concerned about her well-being.

Kim, 42, took to her Instagram Story to wish a longtime friend a happy birthday.

She shared a photo of herself alongside Simone Harouche.

The Hulu star posed with her lips puckered and her cheeks sucked in while her blonde gal pal pulled her ponytail over her mouth.

In another snap, the duo giggled together, looking one another in the eyes.

A third snap again appeared to show them laughing, this time while staring into the camera.

Simone rested a head on Kim's shoulder, still holding her long ponytail.

Kim captioned the post: "Happy Birthday to my Lifer @simoneharouche So many memories together. I can't wait to make more!!!"

The Kardashians star followed that up with another photo, which showed her puckering her plump pout at the camera while Simone leaned on her shoulder slightly behind her.

While the posts were meant to showcase Simone, it was Kim's appearance everyone was talking about.

Several fans noticed that Kim's face appeared thinner – even in photos without her cheeks sucked in.

Additionally, the star's jaw appeared chiseled following her recent serious weight loss.

Kim initially shed the weight with an intense diet and hard workouts.

The star continues to hit the gym hard, often bringing fans along for the ride.

She recently brought fans inside one of her intense workouts via her Instagram Story.

The TV personality started with pull-ups, showing off her curvy frame in black leggings, a matching sports bra, and Yeezy slides.

Kim captioned the post: "Flip flop workout. Don't judge! We're getting strong."

In a second snap, the mother of four posed with her guest Kelly as they showed off their slim physiques.

The former Destiny's Child star matched her buddy in all-black but sported white socks to tie it all together.

She showed off her amazing abs as she smiled at the camera.

Kim's abs were also visible as she made a kissy face, captioning the post: "Nothing like working out w friends to keep you motivated," and tagging Kelly.

In a third snap, the makeup mogul posed with Kelly and their trainer Senada as the singer laughed mid-session.

Fans were stunned to see the SKIMS founder hanging out with the R&B icon, taking to Reddit to discuss their friendship.

"Nobody knew Kelly and Kim were even friends. Cool," one admitted.

"Wow Kelly looks really good!" a second gushed.

While fans have spent a lot of time concerned about Kim as of late, recently the tides appeared to turn.

The SKKN mogul shared a photo of herself rocking an all-black bikini on Instagram.

Fans seemed to think she appeared healthier than ever and were loving her look.

One of the pics showed Kim standing beneath an outdoor shower while rocking a thong bikini.

She rocked full glam in the snaps and had her long dark hair down and in a straight style.

Her toned stomach was on fully display as she leaned against a stone wall.

She appeared to be basking in the sun as she gave fans a glimpse at her famously curvy figure.

The photos were grabbed and shared on a Kardashian-themed Reddit page where fans and critics shared their thoughts.

One fan wrote: "She looks amazinggg."
