The footage of the incident, which Liam and Debbie denied happened, was branded “shocking” by Women Aid executive Katie Ghos.
Liam, 45, appeared on stage in Paris for Rock En Seine last night.
He dedicated Oasis’ track Champagne Supernova to his brother Noel as the pair work towards healing their long-running rift.
The incident between Debbie and Liam was first reported by The Sun On Sunday.
In images captured earlier this month in celebrity haunt Chiltern Firehouse, Debbie, 36, could be seen appearing to stumble down a corridor followed by Liam.
She then put her arms either side of a doorway in an apparent bid to stop him passing.
He then appeared to push her down the corridor, causing her to stumble backwards as she held her phone.
Liam moved past her before turning to confront her, suddenly grabbing Debbie around the throat with his left hand, causing her head to rock back.
Moments later he clutched her neck again close to her jaw, causing her head to jolt.
Liam and Debbie had gone to the Chiltern Firehouse with a male friend after dining at Scott’s restaurant in Mayfair.
The Sun told yesterday how revellers heard Gallagher shouting: “She’s a witch. It was her fault.
“She’s a witch. She’s a f***ing witch.”
A source said: “He was saying it over and over.
“He wasn’t bothered about how she was. He walked out and left her behind.”
