Loose Women fans sure of ‘feud’ between Coleen Nolan and Denise Welch after snub

Loose Women fans are certain that Denise Welch and Coleen Nolan are "feuding."

The pair appeared on Tuesday's (August 23) episode alongside presenter Christine Lampard and Linda Robson, but viewers quickly picked up on the "tension" between them during an awkward conversation about meeting up with friends.

While discussing friend guilt, Coleen explained that she isn't the best at getting back to her friends and sometimes leaves it over a month before she returns their calls.

Leading on from this, Denise admitted that they all need to make more of an effort because the panellists have been trying to arrange getting together to "talk about stuff [they] don't talk about here," but haven't managed to secure a date as of yet.

The Waterloo Road actress added: "You put a pencil on it. You make more of an effort if you've got it in the diary somewhere as a little pencil."

Looking at Christine, Coleen responded: "But then I'd forget the diary, so…"

"You'd forget the diary, forget the invite?" Christine asked.

To which Coleen replied: "Yeah. I don't want to sit a chat." before Denise chimed: "She'll just get a rubber and rub it out."

"I don't want to chat to you, I chat to you here," Coleen exclaimed.

Taking a brutal swipe at her co-star, Denise told her: "Well you're not even invited so."

The mum-of-three assured this wasn't a problem as she quipped: "I don't want to come. I don't want to come. I'm busy."

Linda jumped in and also took a swipe at the TV personality, telling her: "You're not on our group WhatsApp!"

As the group tried to awkwardly laugh off the conversation, fans weren't convinced and were straight on social media to speculate about the apparent feud.

"Denise and Coleen hate each other #loosewomen," claimed one.

A second echoed: "You can tell Coleen is very annoyed by Denise today #LooseWomen."

Another penned: "The tension between Coleen and Denise is so obvious #LooseWomen," as a fourth added: "I thought the same!!"

While someone else wrote: "Something definitely happened backstage , you could cut the tension with a knife. #LooseWomen."
