Recalling the incident Graham said: “We’d always had a a bit of a party afterwards and we had a party in Sarajevo [in Bosnia and Herzegovina].
“I was kind of enjoying myself and climbing up a flag pole and was untying the flag and all of my mates down the bottom, who weren’t… I thought they were down there.
“I looked down and they’d gone and been replaced by armed police.”
Graham then made the gaffe as he shared his reaction. He said: “And I was like: ’S**t!’
“And the fella took me back to the Olympic village in the back of a police car. But they let me keep the flag.”
As Graham made the slip-up, Lorraine was visibly shocked as she gasped and put her hand over her mouth before letting out a cheeky giggle.
Ever the professional, Lorraine continued the interview with Graham before later apologising to viewers for the swear word.
As she signed off the chat with Graham, Lorraine said: “Sorry for that wee naughty word that slipped out.”

Graham’s appearance on the show came after he was eliminated from Dancing on Ice on Sunday’s show.
The former Olympic skier and his skating partner Karina Manta were forced to skate for their place in the show in the dreaded skate-off.
Graham and Karina competed for their place in the competition against Rebekah Vardy, who recently showed off her secret skating past, and her pro partner Andy Buchanan.
But, Graham’s time on the show was over when the Dancing on Ice judges voted to save Rebekah and Andy.
Olympian Graham had hoped to remain in the competition to skate with his original professional parter Yebin Mok, who was forced to pull out after she suffered a horrific stab wound from an ice blade in January.
