LOUISE Redknapp shared the hard work that goes in to getting the perfect bikini body after her Ibiza holiday.

The Eternal singer, 45, shared her gruelling home workout routine with her fans and even managed to have some fun while working up a sweat.

Wearing a black crop top and matching leggings, Louise skipped, squatted and star jumped through her morning routine.

She posted the time lapse video to her Instagram stories, which included her using resistance bands to strengthen her legs and arms.

"A morning skip and a jump," she captioned the videos.

The mum of two then decided to join a viral Tik Tok trend by lip syncing to the "I'm ready to burn some calories".

She donned a grey Nike sports jacket and picked up a set of pink dumb bells to help her in the Tik Tok.

Louise hilariously played the role of a man repeating a trainer's motivational messages.

"I'm ready to burn some calories," Louise mimed.

But she looked disappointed when the trainer insisted "I'm done eating fat food and drinking alcohol".

She instead repeated that she was ready to burn calories.

Louise is recently returned from a luxurious holiday to the Spanish island of Ibiza with her two sons, Charles, 16 and Beau, 11.

She took her sons with former footballer Jamie on a sun-soaked holiday to Spain at a time when it was revealed he has moved on with a Swedish model.

The Sun exclusively revealed how the former Liverpool ace, 47, was snapped with mother-of-four Frida Andersson-Lourie, 37, in Surrey.

It is the former Liverpool and England star’s first confirmed relationship since he split from his ex-wife in 2017.

A source revealed that football pundit Jamie met the mum of four through mutual friends — and that they have similar interests.

They described divorced Frida as “fun- loving and kind”, adding: “Jamie feels ready to move on from his marriage to Louise and is happy to be doing it with someone who has kids too and is financially secure.

“It’s early days for Jamie and Frida, but they have grown close and are really enjoying spending time together when they can.”
