A LOVE Island couple have been slammed as "embarrassing" after appearing to confirm they are back together.

Mitchel Taylor and Abi Moores took to TikTok to share a clip of them lip-syncing to promo for The Kardashians.

In the video Mitch could be seen saying: "Ok guys, we're back."

Before Abi chimed in to say: "Did you miss us? Cause we missed you."

It comes just three weeks after Mitch confirmed his split from Ella Barnes.

Many fans were left less than impressed by the reunion, with one writing on social media: "Mitch and Abi confirming they are back together. All I have to do is just laugh."

Someone else commented: "The embarrassment!" And a third added: "Abi and Mitch are a match bc they are both INSANE."

Abi was first coupled up with Mitch in the villa but he savagely ditched her when Ella B arrived.

After Abi recoupled with Scott van der Sluis, Mitch hit out at them and insisted: "You're fake, we're not."

But, even before he and Ella split, Abi appeared to suggest things weren't over between her and Mitch.

She said previously: "I do think there is still something there with Mitch – he's still quite flirty, and very close and friendly with me, when I've seen him out at events.

"I think Ella B is a bit threatened by me saying that we had a better connection – but I'm not going to lie."

At the time she refused to rule out getting back together with him, telling OK! Magazine: "Never say never."
