Love Island hunk Andrew Le Page is hoping to land a spot on I'm a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!

The 27-year-old reality star is hoping to follow in the footsteps of Olivia Attwood and became the next former islander to take part in the gruelling ITV show.

Olivia, 31, was unfortunately forced to withdraw from the competition just 24 hours after joining her campmates.

After days of mystery surrounding her sudden exit, it was later revealed she left camp after as routine medical check revealed Olivia had low iron, potassium and sodium levels.

Addressing whether of not he'd go to the jungle, Andrew told Daily Star at the TV Choice Awards: "I'd love to do it.

"I was gutted for Olivia because I think she would have done well."

I'm A Celeb host Ant McPartlin also agrees with Andrew and says he would suggest to producers to bring Olivia back.

Ant and co-presenter Dec Donnelly agreed that it would be a good idea to give her another opportunity in next year's show.

During their daily Instagram Live stream for fans after the main show finishes, the presenting duo enjoy encouraged fans to send in their ideas for the show.

One viewer suggested that Olivia should make a return to give the show "a feisty female" and Ant responded: "That's not a bad idea! I'm going to put that to the powers that be at the end of this show and hopefully I'll have an answer sometime tomorrow."

Olivia said on ITV's This Morning, where she talked about her experience on the show, that she was desperate to get back to the camp.

She said: "I felt well, I didn't feel unwell — there was nothing.

"I felt healthy. I was loving it. I was even more confused. It was all really strange."

11 stars are currently battling to be crowned King or Queen of the Jungle.

The first elimination is set to be later this week with the final reportedly set to be held on November 27.
