During Thursday's (August 17) episode, Miles was seen warning Yasmine that he didn't see their romance going any further when they go back to SW3.
Yas didn't waste time in telling lover exactly what Miles had said, leaving Sam fuming.
Bella Sharpe decided to throw a villa party before they headed back to London and Sam confronted Miles about what he told Yas.
"Why are you flaunting your new relationship in front of everyone," Miles asked the new couple.
He went on: "You deserve way more than him," speaking directly to Yas.
"When you go back to London you'll realise this boy is not the best person for you."
Sam tried to defend his actions while Miles accused him of "emotionally" checking on his ex Igna Valentiner, who he broke up with just days before starting up romance with Yas.
The tense moment came to an end when Miles warned Sam to look after Yas before he told Sam to "put that nipple away" in a reference to his unbuttoned shirt.
Miles' exit left viewers watching at home in stitches.
Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, one fan penned: "Not Miles telling Sam to put his nipple away. Omg."
Another added: "Miles telling Sam to put his nipple away" with crying laughing face emoji,
A third person said: "Miles ate that one little thing telling Sam Prince about himself and his nipple."

It comes after cast member Olivia Bentley previously revealed that Corsica was the most "savage" series ever.
Speaking on the Playtime Podcast with co-star Miles, she explained: "In the eight years I’ve done Made in Chelsea, that has to be one of the worst dinner parties I ever done.
"I actually think out of all the series I’ve ever done, firstly it [Corsica] was my favourite – but it was also the most savage in terms of what went down. I was quite surprised at how brutal it was."
