Made in Chelsea stars Maeva D'Ascanio and James Taylor tied the knot at London's Chelsea Registry Office this week and have now shared details from their wedding.

The sweet couple revealed that they walked down the aisle together with their one year old son, Beau, before they exchanged their vows.

In an interview with Hello!, Maeva said. “The ceremony was quick but very intense and beautiful.”

The newlyweds added: "We loved seeing our families being so emotional while walking down the aisle, and having beau with us was very special."

The couple got married at the registry office ahead of a second lavish ceremony which will be filmed for the reality show Made In Chelsea, where their fellow co-stars are expected to attend.The second ceremony is reported to take place next month.

Taking to Instagram to announce the news, Maeva said: "Yes! We did it!! Now we can't wait to celebrate with all our family and friends."

The couple have recently been embarking on various wedding preparations and were even seen getting trained up in the gym together in the latest episode of Made In Chelsea.

Maeva and James have been together for three years and officially got engaged in April 2022 in Italy, after james romantically got down on one knee in Rome.

Photos from Maeva and James' Rome trip were posted on their individual Instagram pages and showed the couple very much in love as they posed kissing together in front of various monuments in the city.

"Thank you for making Rome the most fantastic time @jamestaylorldn," Maeva captioned the snaps at the time.

The blushing bride previously told Johnny Seifert on the Secure The Insecure podcast that they were planning on having a "Christmas wedding". She said: "The plans are for a Christmas wedding but that's it for now. It's going be here in England. We're just waiting to actually start the process of organising the wedding.

"Right now we're trying to be focused on the baby. Otherwise, it's too much to think about."

Their wedding comes just one year after they welcomed their first baby together. They welcomed their baby boy, Beau Christian Taylor, last November.

Announcing the exciting news, James wrote on social media: "I’m pretty proud of this. Very well done for enduring that experience @maevadascanio now we have our little boy and bonne chance to us".
