Maisie Smith has sent fans wild once again with her latest red-hot social media display.

The former EastEnders actress, 21, recently logged into her Instagram page to update her one million followers about her latest TV venture on Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins.

In preparation of the gruelling physical challenge set to launch next month, the fiery head has updated her loyal legion of fans with hardcore gym snaps while she trains.

And it’s clear to see all of her hard work lifting weights has been paying off after the starlet showcased her impressive washboard abs in a celebratory mirror selfie after a difficult workout.

The former Strictly Come Dancing star could be seen in a tiny black and white crop top and contrasting steel grey biker shorts as she posed up a storm for her adoring followers in the gym.

She paired the skintight ensemble with a pair of white trainers and matching white socks which highlighted her glowing tan following her recent trip to Portugal.

The Tiffany Butcher star was seen pulling a loose strand of hair out of her face which perfectly showcased her muscular biceps after an hour-long session lifting weights ahead of the demanding Channel 4 series.

Alongside the sizzling snap, the actress simply captioned the post: “Sweaty one tonight” as she threw a sultry stare to the camera.

Maisie will be joining former Love Island winner Amber Gill, Strictly’s AJ Pritchard and his brother Curtis, as well as Ashely Caine and former Olympic sprinter Dwayne Chambers.

TV presenter and model Ferne McCann, Brookside actress Jennifer Ellison and late footballer George Best’s son Calum have also been added to the live up.

Completing the line-up is TOWIE star Pete Wicks and former Olympic athlete Fatima Whitbread who made her name in the javelin events in the 1980s.

Maisie described shooting Celebrity SAS as “the best experience” of her life ahead of the launch of the new series.

She said: “I’ve seen the show before and I really wanted to put my mental strength to the test.

“I’ve always pushed myself but this was beyond limits I didn’t even know I had. It was the best experience of my life.”

The third series is set to be the longest in the show’s history, with a total of seven hour-long episodes rumoured to be aired this year.
