MAX George’s model ex-girlfriend Carrie Baker has issued a warning to his new girlfriend Maisie Smith.

Max and Carrie dated for five years, but she’s previously revealed how he revelled in the attention of other women including pop queen Jennifer Lopez and UK beauty Amy Willerton, and that she “saw photos of him out with girls,” but he’d “deny anything happened.”

All Time Low popstar Max, 34, and ex EastEnders actress Maisie, 21, went public with their romance last month after meeting during their joint stint on Strictly Come Dancing, but Carrie warns he’ll “cheat” on her as a “leopard doesn’t change its spots.”

Max got Carrie pregnant but she miscarried. Soon after dumping her, he moved in with new love Stacey — ex-wife of Manchester United legend Ryan Giggs, 46.

He was then accused of cheating with Maisie by Stacey, who said it was a “dagger to the heart to see them dating so quickly.”

In an exclusive chat with The Sun, Carrie said: “If I spoke to Masie I would warn her, 'pay attention to what happened to us and learn from it.' Max is not going to change. A leopard does not change its spots.

“It's sad but he simply cannot resist other women. I was not shocked at all to hear that he had cheated on Stacey, to be honest. To hear that he was in a relationship with Maisie at the same time as he was seeing Stacey, it all sounded way too familiar to me.”

Carrie described her singer ex as a “charmer” and a “flirt” and said that people are “drawn” to him.

The former Miss Oklahoma met Max in February 2014 when he walked into LA bar Rock And Reilly’s where she was a waitress.

She continued: “When you first meet him you just fall in love with his character and his looks and it’s so hard to believe that he would ever cheat.

“Masie is so young and I would like to tell her to be careful. I hate to say it, but this is yet another Max love story and who knows what he will do next.

“You look back on his relationships and the longest ones were with Michelle, me and Stacey and all three have said we thought he was cheating on us. I think it’s just the way he is.

“It’s a cycle that I don’t think Max will ever be able to break unfortunately. Hopefully for the sake of the women he can stop because it sucks to have your heart broken.”

Carrie issued a warning to Stacey when she discovered she was dating Max, and now says she “wished her words could have helped [her.]”

The model added: “I see that Max told Stacey that he was in Spain when he was actually somewhere else, and that is exactly what he would do to me.

“It shocked me age wise when he jumped from me to Stacey, but from Stacey to Macie? I don’t know what is going on in his head. He’s obviously going through a lot of changes.”

Carrie, who has a 15-month-old son and has since moved on in another relationship, says she reached out to Max when she found out about the passing of his best friend and bandmate Tom Parker this year, but said she didn’t hear back.

She added: “It’s funny because all the time I spent with Max, he never seemed to be cocky or confident like he comes across.

“There could be some underlying insecurity or issues with him. He was immature when we were together and was partying and drinking a lot. He looks really thin now but I don’t know why, maybe it’s from them dancing so much. 

“I am very happy with how far I have come because I was so heartbroken.”

Max’s ex added that she hopes he can “have a family one day and a settle down,” and shared that he wanted those things while with her.

She said: “I will always have love for Max. I think about him all the time. I will always be disappointed with what he did, he ended up being a person I didn’t expect him to be.

“I don’t even know where I’d start if I spoke to him. I have so many questions like why did our relationship end? I just hope he can change one day.”

It comes as Maisie revealed a sweet tribute to beau Max recently.

Maisie took to her Instagram Stories to upload a shot taken from behind, showing her standing in a glass-fronted building waiting for a car.

In a sweet tribute to The Wanted hunk, she sported a jersey with his surname emblazoned on the back, complete with matching trousers.

This month, Maisie also added Max's name to her Instagram introduction section, along with a ruby red love heart.

They went Instagram official after Max shared a romantic post ahead of Maisie's debut on Channel 4's Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins.

Last month The Sun revealed exclusive snaps from Maisie and Max's loved-up break to Crete.

And it seems the future is bright for the pair, with Maisie set to take advantage of Max's music contacts as he helps her launch a pop career.
