MEGAN Barton Hanson fasted and trained six days a week to get in shape for tonight’s The All New Monty: Ladies Night.
She enlisted Michael Jackson’s former bodyguard Matt Fiddes to be her PT to get her enviable shape.
He got her to work up a sweat in 40 minute sessions, six times a week on an empty stomach as he put her on a strict intermittent fasting diet.
Megan, 24, could eat her only three meals a day between 3pm and 8pm when she would consume a low carbohydrate high protein diet.
Matt said: "Megan needed a lot of motivation to get to the gym at first but she is a good girl and once in the gym I was very impressed.
“It is hard to motivate yourself to go to the gym six days a week and I have had to ensure Megan keeps on track but overall she is a model student.
"She is not too skinny and loves her curves, it was all about toning up and getting fit.
"The lifestyle change has really helped Megan’s mind-set and she feels less anxious.
“Exercise is well known to have positive effects on the mind as well as the body and my next challenge is to get her to quit smoking.”
