My Mum, Your Dad fans have been left in tears as Janey opened up about her childhood in some emotional scenes.
On Wednesday night's episode, newcomer Janey, 47, spoke about being adopted and spoke openly about rejection and abandonment.
The scenes came after admitting she liked the look Roger, before adding that she is a slow burner and needed to get to know him.
Her son William explained: "I wasn't expecting it that quick. She told me she was debating even saying it or not."
While over at the mansion, Janey explained: "So rejection and abandonment… I'm a people pleaser – they're all traits of being adopted.
"I will find excuses to finish things when it comes to relationships I'm frightened of rejection, and I put barriers up. All those things you ignore, and suddenly you're here looking for a partner, and those are the reasons why."
However, over in the surveillance cabin, William said: "I think she's worried I'm a deterrent for some reason."
He added: "I do feel guilty sometimes, I guess you could say for existing."
The scenes left the viewers at home in tears, and they shared their sadness on social media.
One person wrote: "Oh my god, Janey's story must have really hit home with @thisisdavina. That adoption element makes rejection very real. That's a deep-rooted issue that is hard to get past. #MyMumYourDad."
While another added: "Janey and William, making me well up, not going to lie."
Host of the dating show, Davina McCall, was live tweeting along with the episode, and the scenes with Janey and William caught her attention.
She tweeted to tell her followers: "Oh Janey," followed by several broken heart emojis and crying face emojis.
While she also added: "Love that Will finds it comforting to be able to keep an eye on his mum."
Janey who is a late arrival to the retreat, explained to the girls who caught her eye when she walked in at the end of Tuesday's episode.
She said: "I saw Roger first. He is a bit of a silver fox. 007."
As the conversation continued, Janey admitted that Roger was her type on her paper.
However, when Clayton spoke, he also caught her attention when he spoke for the first time.
She added: "And then Clayton spoke as well, and I thought, 'What a lovely man.'
"And totally honest, I'm not an instant person."
She then explained that when she thinks someone is good looking, it means absolutely "nothing."
Janey continued saying: "You fall for the person."
