MY Mum, Your Dad's Natalie Russell fought back tears as she addressed her split from Paul Edwards in an emotional fan Q&A.
The unlucky in love reality star looked like she'd met her perfect match in Paul, 47, but the pair's romance fizzled out shortly after filming of the ITV show wrapped.
Natalie, 44, took a while to come to terms with the break-up and had to go through all the emotions again watching herself on TV months later.
In a fan Q&A on Instagram earlier today, Natalie was asked if she felt disappointed at not finding love.
"Yes, definitely," she replied. "I've felt a lot of disappointment. It's probably the main emotion I've felt over the past couple of months. I kind of pulled myself out of it.
"I was in a better space then, watching the show, everyone else getting excited watching my own excitement and hope again put me back into remembering how hopeful and excited I felt.
"There's a lot of disappointment attached to it. I wanted my boys to see it work out for me and have a loving relationship. I really believe at some point that will happen. I've got a loving relationship with myself and I've got incredible support around me.
"I've got so many things in my life to be blessed for."
The single mum, who is a big believer in manifestation, said she won't be desperately searching for love going forward but will put herself in positions where it might find her.
When a fan praised her for being so open about her past, which saw her spend time in jail on five different occasions, Natalie thanked them and insisted it wasn't the reason Paul left her.

She said: "I absolutely believe Paul when he says my past wasn't an issue. You never know the inner goings on in someone else's mind."
Revealing what she thinks about her own brushes with the law, she said: "It's not something I'm proud of but it's part of my story. It's something I can't change It was born out of how I was living in terms of emotional response to things that I just couldn't navigate what I've had to do a lot of forgiveness of myself for."
Natalie and Paul were one of the show's favourite couples, leaving fans shocked that they decided to split.
A source told The Sun: “As is so often the case with these dating shows, it’s easy for a connection to flourish while in the bubble of filming – there’s no distractions, no real life concerns and you’re united in one common goal to find love.
“Natalie and Paul’s flame burned bright for a few months but balancing life on the outside with nurturing their fledgling relationship proved too tricky.
“With Natalie in Bournemouth and Paul in Bath the distance wasn’t insurmountable, but they were both independent people who had great lives of their own and in the end they decided their love wasn’t greater than the hurdles.”
