As NCIS: LA comes to an end later this year, star Daniela Ruah is gearing up for her new role as a reality TV show host. But before that, she has to wave goodbye to her NCIS: LA character Special Agent Kensi Blye on the CBS series.
Following the news that CBS has axed crime drama NCIS: LA , star Ruah has already lined up her next television role.
It has been confirmed that the actress will host the Portuguese version of the critically-acclaimed game show The Traitors.
Following the show’s debut, Ruah took to Instagram this week to share a first-look glimpse of the new series.
The actress shared a video that included a montage of clips from the upcoming season, as dramatic music played in the background.
The caption also gave fans an idea of what’s in store for them and the future contestants on the show.
It read: “Forget everything you’ve ever seen. The worldwide phenomenon now arrives in Portugal!

NCIS: LA season 14 finale and the last-ever episode is set to air later this year in May, and it’s most likely going to be an emotional one for both fans and the cast.
The finale will be split up into two parts, which will air on its usual Sunday slots on May 14 and May 21.
The latter will also feature a finale send-off to air straight after the episode.
The send-off is titled A Salute to NCIS: Los Angeles, the one-hour special is to be hosted by Kevin Frazier, who fans will most likely recognise from co-hosting Entertainment Tonight.
It will feature old and new interviews with cast members, giving fans behind-the-scenes footage from the last 14 years the show has run.
CBS has not confirmed why NCIS: LA is coming to an end, but reports speculate that it could be due to budget limits.
The original series NCIS will still be running as usual alongside its other spin-off show, NCIS: Hawai’i.
NCIS: LA season 14 continues Sundays on CBS in the US and is also streaming on Paramount+ in the UK.
