Piers Morgan challenges Andrew Tate on Hamas ‘terrorists’
Piers Morgan didn’t see eye-to-eye with Mark Regev when he attempted to explain why IDF soldiers were writing well-known figures’ names on bombs.
TalkTV’s Uncensored with the controversial journalist heavily delved into the ongoing Israel–Hamas War after a mother and daughter were killed inside the Holy Family Church in Gaza City, an attack which Pope Francis has condemned.
A picture has since emerged of IDF (Israel Defence Forces) bombs scribbled with recognisable names, including that of Democratic Presidential Candidate Cenk Uygur.
Morgan welcomed senior advisor to Prime Minister of Israel Benjamin Netanyahu, Mark Regev to Uncensored to discuss the recent events that have been unfolding.
But when he was asked about his opinion on names being written on bombs, Regev said he believed soldiers could have thought it was a “funny” thing to do.

Morgan began: “I wanted to show you a picture, this is of IDF bombs and they’ve inscribed on them the names of a number of people who have been guests on this show.
“Mohammed Hijab, Andrew Tate and also one of my next guests Cenk Uygur. What is your response to that?”
“Maybe IDF soldiers are watching your show, is that possible?” Regev replied.
“Yes, but do you think that’s a sensible thing to be doing to be putting names like this on these bombs?” Morgan asked.

Regev continued: “First of all, it’s obviously… This is some soldiers trying to be funny or creative.
“There’s a history here going back to the First World War, is there not, of soldiers drawing pictures on shells and so forth.
“It’s something that soldiers have done, I’m not justifying it but I think British soldiers have done it.”
Interrupting Regev’s line of thought, Morgan stated: “It sounds like you are justifying it to me.”
Before Regev simply responded: “Sorry no, I’m just putting it into historical context.”

Uygur, who later appeared on Piers Morgan’s Uncensored, gave his perspective on seeing his name on the bombs.
He responded: “It’s of course disheartening to see, sick. They’re going to drop those bombs on Palestinian civilians, they’re probably going to murder babies and grandmothers with those bombs.
“That’s why if I’m President, I won’t send Israel a single dollar, not only the $14 billion they’re considering now but all funding to Israel as they have massacred civilian after civilian, 19,000 dead, 9,000 children butchered.
“I do not want a single American tax dollar going to help Israel to commit war crimes and if they think they’re going to intimidate me by putting my name on their bombs then they’ve got another thought coming to them.”
Piers Morgan Uncensored airs weekdays at 8pm on TalkTV.
