Piers Morgan has finally reunited with his oldest son Spencer Morgan today after being separated for three months due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The Good Morning Britain presenter appeared to be in high spirits as he met up with Spencer in the park and they both gave a thumbs up to the camera while making sure to maintain the two-metre distance.
‘Nice to see you again son… albeit from 2 metres. #3MonthReunion @spencermorgan93,’ Piers wrote as he shared the heartwarming moment with his 7.5million Twitter followers.
Lockdown restrictions in England were partially lifted on Wednesday 13 May and people are now allowed to meet one other person in a park if they keep their distance.
On top of that, workers are ‘encouraged’ to go back to their jobs and there is no limit on the amount of exercise permitted.

‘It’s very tough for young people. All of his class have come out of a top drama school, they’re all about to burst into the world of acting, and now they’re all sat at home!’
