REAL Housewives of Cheshire star Leanne Brown had suction cups attached to her buttocks to make them look smoother during an indulgent session of body modification.
The 40-year-old reality TV star headed to a clinic to have a "Non-Surgical Brazilian Bum Lift", as well as another treatment, to achieve the perfect bikini bod.
The wife of footie ace Wes Brown lay down and sipped bubbles while an "ultra sound micro current" and "vacuum suction" were used to melt fat from under the bum cheeks to give them more shape and volume.
Leanne also indulged in a "signature treatment" — the Lipo Freeze, which apparently helps "destroy fat cells and reduce pockets of fat by 45%" in a few weeks.
She had this done on her belly to ensure any excess wobbling did not show on the beach in Dubai.

Leanne had all this preening done at the VIVO Clinic on Kings Street in Manchester, and paid £278 in total for both procedures.
Leanne is now also planning a boob job to replace her 14-year-old implants as well.
After a huge row with Dawn Ward over a £500,000 loan Leanne threatened to quit the ITVBe show that's made her famous.
Sadly because of the row, it doesn't seem Leanne got to show off her amazing results from the procedures on the TV show's trip to Dubai as both she and Dawn refused to go.
