The Mummy Diaries star spoke exclusively to The Sun Online's Big Interview and she insisted she's got no plans to get hitched – despite her proposal prank in the last series.
Sam, 27, also laughed off the idea that her partner of four years is plotting to pop the question at her sister Billie's wedding next year.
"He would never do it in front of an audience," Sam told us.
"He'll do it when I least expect it. We want to get married, but we're not ready yet.
"I definitely want more children too. I'm going to wait until Paul's in school and then plan to have more.
"Maybe two more, but I'll have them really close in age so I can do the whole nappy and sleep thing all together. I don't want to spread it out."
She's finally moving back into the same bedroom as her partner since having her three-year-old son Baby Paul.
The pair have slept in separate beds since 2015, but Sam denies it's had any impact on their sex life.
"It doesn't affect our relationship at all," Sam explained.
"All four of us shared a bed on holiday and I said to Paul when I cuddled up to him a couple of times that it will actually be really nice for us to be together again.
"Although it doesn't affect our relationship in the bigger picture, it'll be nice."
Instead she says their relationship is stronger than ever as Paul gets used to having camera crews following them around 24/7.
He worked as a property developer and estate agent before meeting Sam at celebrity hot spot Sheesh in Chigwell in 2014.
But it's not been an easy ride since finding fame after facing harsh comments online when he shared a kiss with his mum on the lips while filming the first series of The Mummy Diaries.
Sam said: "This series Paul has definitely come out a bit more of his shell. It's still not his thing, he doesn't love it. He does it for me and the family.
"But he does enjoy it when he gets together with the boys to film. When it's just us at home with our intimate moments that's when I know he's not comfortable."
The 27-year-old has built an empire since starring in The Only Way is Essex when it launched back in 2010.
Alongside sister Billie, the pair launched Minnie's Boutique in Brentwood and she has since opened up another online clothing store with Paul called All Bits London, which is set to turnover a huge £1.8million this year.
Despite stints on Celebrity Big Brother and famous boyfriends including Mark Wright and Joey Essex, Sam is now best known for being a working mum on The Mummy Diaries.
The fourth series kicks off tonight and shows Sam returning to work after giving birth to baby Rosie.
Meanwhile her sister Billie – who joined the show joined last series – is busy planning her dream wedding in the Maldives to fiance Greg Shepherd.
Talking to us ahead of the series launch, the sisters said they think the show's success is down to them revealing what goes on behind the "glamour of reality TV".
Sam said: "We're busy mums juggling everything with the kids – temper tantrums and tears – that's why people like it so much."
Billie added: "People like to see the normality side of things. We're not always glammed up going to fancy events all the time. We're mums as well.
"We share so much of our home lives and how real it is. People want to see that."
ITVBe has snapped it up for another two series, but Sam and Billie won't rule out doing the show for years to come.
"I just don't know how long it'll go on for," said Sam.
"Everyone will definitely want to know what it's like for Billie in married life – and everyone will be waiting for me and Paul to get engaged."
But it's safe to say the real star of the series is four-year-old Nelly whose witty banter and zest for life has melted viewers' hearts.
Quizzed on whether fame is going to her head, mum Billie said: "The last six months to a year she's started to realise about being on TV.
"Loads of people obviously recognise her and say how funny she is.
"Me and Greg just need to be careful how we manage it with her because we don't want her to be thinking that she's really different to everyone else.
"But she's just so hilarious."
Although Nelly dreams of being an ice cream lady, her aunt thinks she could have a future in stand-up comedy.
Sam added: "Her character is something else. The things she comes out with."
