The self-proclaimed diva Christine Quinn has had major falling outs with the majority of those who star alongside her in Selling Sunset.

When the show first began, she did have a particularly close friendship with her colleague Mary Fitzgerald.

But as the years have gone on, there have been various arguments between the pair which resulted in a frosty reception whenever the other walked into a room.

At the end of season three though, it appeared that Christine and Mary had put the bad blood behind them.

In the series three finale, Christine got married to Christian Richard in a stunning ceremony in a downtown Los Angeles cathedral.

But prior to the big day, Christine said she wanted to have a clean slate with Mary.

While they agreed they weren’t ever going to be as close as what they were, the brokers were happy to try and leave the past behind them.

This didn’t last very long according to Mary who has now cut off Christine completely.

Opening up to Express.co.uk, Mary expressed she was feeling anxious about her return to the show because of the conflict with her former friend Christine.

She explained: “I’ve always wanted to do it [the show].

“But if I’m very honest, right before we started filming, I started getting a lot of anxiety because of the conflict with Christine and stuff like that.

“The amount of anxiety I got was like, ‘do I need this in my life?'”

Mary continued: “But it’s like I can’t let one person take away such a great opportunity.

“I wouldn’t be with the rest of my friends who are like my family and so I’m going to do it.

“I just had to become stronger and not let things get to me as they did before and on season four I think you will kind of watch me go through this process and just decide how I need to wrap my head around what’s going on and how to remove myself from it.”

Mary said she decided to “wash her hands” of Christine after her colleague talked about her to the media.

She added: “The ups and downs of where I never know where we stand.

“I’d make an effort and think we’re good and then she goes to the press and says all these things about me and I’m like, ‘Weren’t we good though? Why would you do that?'”

So how will Mary and Christine deal with their ongoing issues in the fourth season?

Selling Sunset seasons 1-4 are available to watch on Netflix.
