With the rise of influencers, those already in the public eye have the ability to have multiple streams of income.

Aside from bringing in the cash with their day job working on their respective soaps, some are able to bring home a lot of dosh thanks to their Instagram feed and growing fan base.

The team at ICE36 have figured out exactly what soap stars could earn per post as per the industry average – and it's a big lump sum.

And it looks like when it comes to their Instagram feeds, the stars of Hollyoaks are leading the way and paving out their path to success.

New mum Jorgie Porter is coming in strong with the top spot of the soapstars and could earn a whopping £2,830 per post.

From her insight to motherhood to her incredibly glamorous snaps from red carpets to bikinis, fans seem to love Jorgie's feed – and she's not the only Hollyoaks star in the top 10.

In fact, Hollyoaks favourites take up the top five slots out of 10, with six people in there in total, according to ICE36.

Behind Jorgie is Jamie Lomas, earning £2.3k, Chelsee Healey, also £2.3k and Owen Warner, £2.2k.

Just behind Owen is beauty Jennifer Metcalfe, who plays Mercedes McQueen on the soap, and could bring in £2.1k per Instagram post.

Jennifer's posts are nothing short of stunning and contain an even mixture of family life, work and glamorous snaps – and every single post brings in an abundance of love.

Tina O'Brien comes in at 6th place earning £1.9k while Lacey Turner follows just behind her with £1.85k per post.

Lacey's feed tends to be more about her private life rather than her glamorous snaps – though it doesn't mean she's a stranger to the odd selfie.

She often shares snaps of her family, her home and a rare selfie.

Hollyoaks' Nikki Sanderson comes in at number 8, while Samia Longchambon is at number nine with £1.6k per post.

At the bottom of the list – but still bringing in a whopping £1.4k per post, is Jack P.Shepherd, who is Samia's co-star on Corrie.
