Doctors’ Daniel and Zara (Matthew Chambers and Elisabeth Dermot Walsh) are both drunk.

They are just going to bed in a friend’s guest room when they get a call from the police telling them that Izzie (Bethan Moore) has thrown a wild party back at their house. They are understandably not pleased to hear this but are in no fit state to drive back tonight.

They will deal with it on their return tomorrow. In the meantime, Izzie and her friend, Maddie (Saffron Davies) frantically try to tidy the house. Daniel is angry to learn Izzie’s boyfriend Lee was involved and demands to know more. Maddie also asks Izzie about Lee.

Later in the week, Daniel takes Joe to the cinema. Zara and Izzie spend the evening doing cleansing face masks. Izzie reveals Lee has suggested they have sex, but Izzie is unsure about it.

A few days’ later, Daniel senses something is going on between Izzie and Lee, but Izzie reveals nothing about it when asked. Frustrated, Daniel asks Zara If she knows anything about it. Zara tells him about what Izzie said about her and Lee.

It may be December, but the fireworks seem set to continue for some time. And as the final week of Doctors before the Christmas break looms, expect some dramatic developments in the days ahead.
